We require a couple different contracts/forms to be signed. These include:
- Waiting List Contract - when you place your $200 waiting list fee we send a contract.
- A Rental Permission Form - if you are currently renting the property, you must get the rental permission form signed by your current landlord stating that you have permission to house the dog in the dwelling you rent from them. You have 7 days from the time you place your holding fee to get the form signed and sent to me. Let me know if you'll need extra time for this.
- A Holding Fee Agreement - gives you proof that you've chosen and paid the holding fee for a specific puppy, that you're serious about purchasing that puppy from Shurbeez Shih Tzu, and that you are aware of the terms of the Holding fee, an additional $600 - for a total of $800 Holding Fee.
- A Purchase Contract specific to each puppy purchased from Shurbeez Shih Tzu - outlines contractual agreement, responsibilities, and warrantee associated with the sale of the puppy.
